HIFLEX® and HIGEBER® are registered trademarks of ZYMEI® GmbH, Germany. Their respective trademark registration certificates in China are numbered: No. 52346445 and No. 55334826, with validity periods expiring on June 20, 2032, and November 31, 2031, respectively.
Recently, our company has discovered suppliers illegally using the HIFLEX® and HIGEBER® trademarks to counterfeit German ZYMEI® cables and supply them to customers. This action not only infringes upon our trademark registration rights but also severely damages customer interests. We will take legal action to protect our interests and those of our customers. We also remind you to verify the following documents upon receiving German ZYMEI® cables to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the goods!
1. Certificate of Origin for the cable issued by (ZYMEI® GmbH);
2. Product Quality Guarantee issued by (ZYMEI® GmbH).
If the German ZYMEI-KABEL cables you purchase lack the above documents, ZYMEI-KABEL (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. shall bear no responsibility for the quality of such products. Please be advised!
